Service Description
Introduction to the lesson and mediums & techniques. Proper care for art materials. Snack and water bottle are encouraged. Day 1, 2 and 3, Tea party anyone? Children will create a colorful canvas painting of their favorite pet (cat, dog, llama and turtle drawing choices) while crafting papiermâché tea cups, puffy paint cupcakes, colorful paper saucers, sparkling jewelry and festive hats and crowns perfect for the fanciest of tea parties. Do you love sweet treats? Me, too! Artists will draw and paint a colorful cupcake with sprinkles on canvas. We'll be creating our own color palette and will learn how to select warm and cool colors to use in our painting. Artists will walk away with a colorful masterpiece that looks good enough to eat! This project focuses on drawing simple, stylized animals (cow, sheep, pig, chicken) and adding decorative elements like hats, clothing and accessories to make your party animal fancy. Children learn how to make TINTS with tempera paints by combining white liquid tempera with colored liquid tempera. This paint-mixing skill will offer children. endless color possibilities.

Booking Policy for Art Lessons: 1 No show is allowed per family. After that accommodations WILL NOT be made for a make-up session. Refund will not be issued if paid out of pocket or if paid by Charter, school will be billed for a no-show. Let me know if your child is unable to make it at least one day prior. 1 session may be rescheduled per month per family. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Booking Policy for Face Painting: Things happen I understand! I need at least 3 hours' notice if you are canceling the day of. *PLEASE DO NOT BOOK or CANCEL as soon as possible if a guest may potentially bring alcoholic beverages, I can refer you to someone else. I will not face paint in an environment that is not suitable for children, music that contains cursing, violence ect. is not appropriate for a child's event. The deposit IS NOT refundable in the event that I have to leave for alcoholic beverages being available for guests or for music being played that is not appropriate for children at the event. It is a JOY to work with families who put children first! Thank you!
