ArtVenture in the Jungle

Service Description

What is included? 2 hours of instruction A different book will introduce our lesson every day. Introduction to the lesson and mediums & techniques. (Studio Time 10:15 am to 11:45) Proper care for art materials. (10am to 10:15) Clean Up (11:45 to Noon) The class will begin promptly at 10am, Snacks and water bottles are encouraged. Day 1 Day 2 & Day 3: Print, stamp, layer, draw and collage your way to a lush rainforest jungle collage. We’ll draw toucans, leopards and chameleons and create our own layered jungle habitat. Artists will use a variety of materials to create their hidden jungle including printmaking, stamping, painting, paper sculpture and drawing Day 4: Artists will draw and paint a colorful toucan with bright, bold colors. Perfect for artists of all ages. Day 5: Splatter, sprinkle and swirl your way to a painted frog nestled inside a lush jungle. Combining watercolors and paper art, artists learn to draw leaves, flowers, foliage and frogs and arrange into their work of art.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Art Lessons: You may transfer your booked session to another student for any class missed. Refunds are issued upon request, or you may use it for future credit. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Booking Policy for Face Painting: Things happen I understand! I need at least 3 hours' notice if you are canceling the day of. *PLEASE DO NOT BOOK if a guest may potentially bring alcoholic beverages, I can refer you to someone else. I will not face paint in an environment that is not suitable for children. The deposit IS NOT refundable in the event that I have to leave for alcoholic beverages being available for guests or for music being played that is not appropriate for children at the event.
